Thank you for shopping with Sehat Herbal India. We take great pride in the quality and safety of our products. However, due to the nature of certain pharmaceutical items, we have specific return and refund guidelines.

Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.


1. Prescription Medications

Prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations. Please ensure you have the correct prescription before placing your order. If you have any concerns regarding your medication, please contact our pharmacy team immediately.


2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with a return or exchange for the same item, if available, or offer a refund.


3. Non-Pharmaceutical Products

Non-pharmaceutical items (e.g., medical equipment, supplements, or wellness products) can be returned within 14 days if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. If these items are defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.


4. How to Return an Item

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back. All returned items must be shipped back in their original condition.



5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
